Bright Days Program

An adult day services program is also available in our building.  This program provides daily activities and socialization to home-bound, isolated seniors.  The program is available Monday-Friday, and is open to tenants as well as the general public.  Some aspects of the program include a focus on individual interests, activities, monitoring of health conditions, therapeutic whirlpool services, snacks and noon meal provided.  An array of daily activities are enjoyed, such as armchair exercises, current events, cooking/baking, outings, movies, live music, etc.  Another very important aspect of the Bright Days program is the helpful support, respite, information and resources that are provided to the caregivers of home-bound seniors.
